We will write checks for the full value of the certificate  to your recipient if your recipient would prefer cash AND we'll write them a check for the balance of their certificate if they only want to use some of it. 

We charge you a small fee to do this but it enables you to suggest something fun from us, with no obligation for them to buy and everyone has an understanding of that as the option so everyone can feel great about out style of gift giving. 

Certificate Program

$0 to $50 certificate - We charge you an additional $5 processing fee
$50 to  $100 certificate - We charge you an  additional  $10 processing fee
$100 to $250 certificate - We charge you an additional $15 processing fee

Any certificates not redeemed within 60 days will be paid out to the recipient or refunded to you, less the processing fee. 

We will make 2 attempts to contact the recipient and encourage a purchase or cash out and if that doesn't work, we will refund the certificate amount to the gift giver.  This prevents the long term tracking of escrowed money. 

Worst case for us is that we make a few $'s for handling your gift giving process in a professional way while gaining some advertising.   Best case, we get to share our products with your recipient while making you look like a really conscientious and cool gift giver.
